  • Technical billing error during the payment process.
  • Extended platform service unavailability due to technical issues.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Booster sessions once they are booked.
  • Unused sessions or benefits within a subscription period.

4. Booster Sessions

Booster sessions provide single-session access to platform discussions or moderator(trainer) sessions. Once a booster session is booked or scheduled, it becomes non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscription renewals at any time through their account settings.

  • Cancellation prevents future billing.
  • Current subscription benefits remain active until the billing cycle ends.
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining unused period.

6. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to duplicate payment or billing error, you may contact the support team with your payment details and transaction ID for review.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and banking system.
