God – Terms & Conditions
These terms define how you can use our platform to learn, connect, and grow responsibly.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using God Space, including its mobile applications, website, live discussion sessions, and services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.
2. About the Platform
God – Global Online Discussion Spacecraft is owned and operated by Skae Empowerment Pvt. Ltd. It is an interactive communication learning platform designed to help users improve spoken English, public speaking, confidence, and communication skills through live discussions, trainer-led sessions, AI-powered feedback, and gamified learning. God is not a degree-granting or certification authority.
3. User Eligibility
Users must be 13 years or older, provide accurate registration details, and maintain only one personal account. Users below 18 years of age should access the platform with parental consent.
4. User Categories
God may offer multiple user categories including Atom Users (free access with limited participation), Star Users (paid users with expanded participation rights), and ProStar Users (premium users with full access including AI feedback and enhanced benefits). Platform features may evolve as the service develops.
5. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
The platform may offer monthly subscription plans, multi-session packages, unlimited access plans, and booster sessions. All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing may vary based on location, promotions, or currency differences, and Skae Empowerment Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
7. Booster Sessions
Users may purchase single-session access called Booster sessions. Booster sessions are valid for one session only, must be used within the defined validity period, and are non-refundable once booked.
8. Community Behaviour Rules
Users must maintain a respectful and learning-focused environment. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, abusive language, political propaganda, religious discrimination, sexual or explicit content, spam, or self-promotion are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
9. English Communication Policy
God is designed as an English communication platform. Participants are encouraged to communicate primarily in English during sessions to maximize learning outcomes. Moderators may intervene to maintain this standard.
10. Rewards System (Blessings & Ginnies)
The platform uses a gamified reward system including Blessings, Ginnies, Levels, Badges, and Virtual Gifts. These rewards hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be converted into cash, and are intended only for motivation and engagement. The platform reserves the right to modify reward mechanics.
11. AI Feedback System
God may provide AI-generated feedback related to grammar, fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary. This feedback is intended only as learning guidance and may not always be perfectly accurate.
12. Content Usage
Sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Content shared during discussions may be used anonymously for educational or promotional purposes. Users retain ownership of their personal content but grant the platform a non-exclusive license to use it for service improvement and marketing.
13. Trainer & Moderator Services
Sessions are conducted by approved moderators(trainers) and moderators. Moderator(Trainer) opinions are personal and do not represent the company. Session experiences may vary depending on participants and technical conditions.
14. Suspension or Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violation of platform rules, fraudulent activity, repeated disruptive behaviour, or platform misuse. Termination may result in loss of subscription benefits without refund.
15. Technical Limitations
The platform is not responsible for disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, device incompatibility, third-party software failure, or unforeseen technical outages.
16. Limitation of Liability
God is a skill development platform and does not guarantee job placement, specific language proficiency levels, or career outcomes. User success depends on individual effort and engagement.
17. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
